Shibuya in Tokyo is known to be one of the busiest railway stations in the world. It is famous for the busy crossing, where multiple LED screens can be seen as well. Timo Helgert and NEO Shibuya TV, who own and control those screens, created an art collaboration to help with the guidance during the Covid pandemic.
