With its largest user base in Seoul, OpenAI expanded by opening an office in the city. To mark the official launch, they hosted a major event that brought together 300 of the most influential policy makers, AI experts, and creatives. For this occasion, OpenAI selected Timo Helgert as the lead artist to showcase their tool Sora through a concept called Metamorphic Blossoms. The work featured a giant floral installation serving as a photo zone, alongside a special postcard with a QR code that allowed guests to scan and “generate” their own flower through AI.
